Ironman Quest is underway

I have done sprints, Olympics, and 1/2 Ironmans. Now in training for Ironman Arizona to take place 22/Nov/09.

My buddy Steve "convinced" me to do it with him. In reality, it didn't take much convincing. Since these events are usually sold out in a short time and have limited slots, Steve & I flew to Tempe, AZ so we could be the first in line to register the Monday after the race.

A little hint for everyone who wants to do one but has been having troubles getting in. Volunteer at the event the year before so you get first shot at the openings for the next year.

I have been training already. Working on my base. Tomorrow is a bike day.
